As one of the original forms of hand to hand combat, Team Oyama MMA & Fitness uses a combination of conditioning and strength skills in the classes. Our trainers provide programs that are beneficial for all levels. After the warm up and conditioning portion, the class is broken into shifting pairs to work moves and transitions before ending the class with a challenging core work out.
